I can’t transfer my Amazon music playlist to Apple Music a/o 12/17/2017

Crashing/Doesn’t work

I bought the premium service for $10 to transfer my Spotify over to Apple Music. I have both paid plans and wanted to transfer everything from Spotify and just keep the apple subscription but, Every time I opened it and selected my service the app to use and transfer to I would hit select my play list and hit next then it would would crash. I have a brand new iPhone so it’s not my iPhone. I’ve tried reinstalling, hard restarting my phone. Everything possible to get it to work. It still didn’t transfer I’ve tried many times but all it does is crash. I hope they will refund me

The iOS and Desktop versions do not work properly. The code is incomplete and filled with problems. Each time I tried to contact the developer they told me the same thing: try on a different platform. You cannot leave reviews on their Facebook page and the desktop app is not supported through the Apple Store. There are a lot of things going wrong with this app - it might look pretty and have solid branding, but that’s obviously where the money is going, and into the pockets of the developers who aren’t doing their job by completing this app. Do not pay for this. It is a rip off.

Barely works, had to spend hours tidying and fixing afterwards

I moved from Apple music to Google Play music. I wanted to get all my artists and albums from Apple -> Google. Bought the $10 inapp purchase (overpriced), let it run. It did find most - about 90% of my music. But it just created playlists on google. If i went to google play music Artists or Albums, both were empty. I had to use the web interface of google play music to painstaking add each song to my “library” — this app should have done that! This app has really rough edges and feels like the bare minimum was done to get it launched. Example: after you give permission for the app to see your applemusic, nothing happens and you have to go back and do it a second time, requiring entering credentials again (for your destination). The UI is pretty awful (pls get a designer). Worth $4 at most.

Update-I finally heard back. Even though the website says it requires an activation code I heard back it doesn’t. The app did not let me directly get to my Amazon Music Unlimited playlists. I had to use the desktop version to export them as csv, save to a drive accessible with IOS Files, and use csv to Apple Music. Some songs did not sync as this would be understood. Here’s the deal-this is the only app out there I could find that even really claimed to work with Amazon to Apple. It finally did in a round about way and honestly did a pretty good job after some frustration. This is a pretty expensive app at $10. Paid it. No code has been emailed and I have not heard anything after contacting support.

The free transfer allows you to transfer only 10 songs from each playlist. You have to $9.99 to unlock the full transfer service so that all songs transfer. After paying, I was printed that I would receive an email with a code that I would need to enter to redeem the service. Never received it. I emailed their support department. Never heard back.

I paid $10 only to have it not match any of my songs from Spotify to amazon. It would’ve been nice if it told me that before I spent $10!!!

This app is extremely over priced and for me did absolutely nothing. I paid the $10 in app purchase to transfer my 2100+ songs from Apple Music to Spotify and about 400+ failed. Then I checked Spotify to see if they were there, nothing. Not a single song transferred.
