Can’t buy crypto

So once you set up your account it won’t let you purchase any crypto without a picture of your drivers license. Guess folks who don’t have a license can’t use this app. I have one but you have to be pretty stupid to provide your credit card information and drivers license to a fly by night company like this.

Do not use. There are better options. It is not a true wallet. They have a minimum amount you have to have on the “wallet” to transfer off. I have 21,000 BTT token and the transfer fee is 1 BTT. They will not allow me to transfer off of their platform unless I have 90,000 BTT. That’s not how a true wallet works. I should be able to transfer the token no matter how small. This is a shady exchange that says it’s a crypto wallet. Avoid. Want to help? Allow me to transfer my crypto.

I tried to move 200$ worth of Bitcoin to a different app and they charged me 100$, also then I got logged out and they wont send me the link to reset my password.

DO NOT purchase or send anything to that “wallet”. You won’t be able to sell or withdraw your money. I’m unable to send to a different wallet without adding a destination tag the problem is a destination tag isn’t needed for the wallet I want to send to.
