Ordered 2 personalized calendars for Christmas. Supposed to arrive mid December. Never received and shows never shipped according to tracking number on confirmation email. Sent 3 inquiries now and have not received a response or reimbursement. Will NEVER order from FreePrints again!!!

I got a notification my pictures were delivered. Where are they? Not in the mailbox. They put a lot of my packages in front of my garage door. Stupid place. Nor are they on my porch?♀️?♀️. And could you hire someone with fingers. Maybe then they could ring the doorbell!!!!! So I have no idea where my pictures are

Never received my order. Customer service keep asking for address that I provided several times. App does not allow you to delete photos.

Heyy every time I get a notification it says i have 10 free prints and when I go on the app and I have to summit it it says I have to pay 2 dollars and 13 cents but I’m the notification it says it’s gonna be free so I don’t understand
