Cannot send to correctional institutions

I signed up for freeprints solely in order to be able to send photos to my son, who is incarcerated. It worked! Once. The second time I tried it, I was informed that freeprints did not deliver to Correctional institutions. What happened?

Ok, I enjoy the idea that I can get pictures printed for free shipped right to my door. That is wonderful! However this app and the service could use some updating. 1). Maybe it's just me but there is no way to simply order an item(aka an add-on) WITHOUT ordering an actual print. I just wanted a mug with a print on it....not any stand alone photos printed. I should be able to go into the app and order an item with a photo on it. 2). I ordered some gifts for an event. I was under the impression the gifts would be here 1 week before the event. Good...great...sounds awesome! Nope, they were not delivered by the event and tracking the delivery info was horrible but also, the delivery date kept changing each day to reflect the next day.

The color quality was only okay. When comparing the color to what was on my phone and/or what I can print from Shutterfly or even my own printer, the quality of the print wasn’t even close. I’ll be sticking with Shutterfly for the foreseeable future, the quality here just didn’t do it for me.

I’m so glad I accepted your offer. I have way too many pictures on my phone and don’t look at them. Getting them as hard copy is the best. Now I can sit with friends and family and look at them. Who says the old fashioned is out? I will continue to use your service every month! Thanks
