Estuve más de un mes esperando las fotos, te diciendo que llegar ese día y no. Cuando volví a entrar las tuvieron que volver a imprimir. Todavía no las pode recibir y estoy cansada de esperar. Si no las recibo esta semana espero que me devuelvan MI DINERO.

I have been using Free Prints for quite a few months to send pictures to my spouse who is incarcerated. Every month I would use all the free prints and still purchase more. I have also purchased other items off the app for myself. As of recently they decided they no longer will be allowing prints to be shipped to correctional facilities. Because of that, I will be no longer using this app. Severely disappointed in their decision to do that. I really enjoyed this app but have no use for it anymore. I will be giving my money to another company who allows prints to be sent to inmates.

I have ordered my prints plus more. Plus I ordered other products from here as well and I have received nothing from them. I have followed directions and done as ask and haven’t even heard back from FreePrints. I’m very unsatisfied and beyond frustrated with this service. They had no problem charging my credit card, but they won’t contact me back either.

I ordered some pictures because of a T-Mobile promotion I got them for free. My first time ordering from them. The pictures just came in and they all look like they have a white cast on top, the white balance is too much, and in some others it looks like they added some type of vintage filter which distorted the actual colors. But you got them for free, why are you complaining? I mean if i’d be paying for these, I wouldn’t but anything, I rather order from CVS for 0.25 cents a picture where at least the colors will be bright not white like they are running out of ink.

This app is the best I got the app from a family member they said it was great I tried it out printed all my pictures and it only took six days to come?
