I’d really like to give a 5 star but the adjust setting does not allow you to crop your photos the way you’d like. When I select the adjust setting it shows the whole picture but it would only allow me to adjust the crop to the right but not up or left, so a lot of the pictures were cutting off the top of heads and there was nothing I could do about it. Super disappointed and frustrating :( I gave up on my project and am looking for a different app.

I ordered 2 books almost a month ago and had not received my order. Tracking said my order was turned over to the usps yet they say they never received it. I contacted customer service and that day they reached out to get some info so they could replace my order and get it out to me. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Thank you.

Won’t accept a good portion of my pictures, and won’t let me crop “high resolution” photos to fit page. Virtually useless. Very disappointed as I was really looking forward to using this app

If you can keep in mind that the severely jacked up shipping amount with tracking is only an estimated date of arrival then the app is ok. They shouldn’t give you a hard delivery date if it’s not.

I couldn’t believe how easy it was to create what arrived as a beautiful photo book. Different sized prints automatically filled each page perfectly with the click of a button. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter, a book of all the dogs she walked & grew attached to while dog walking few years ago plus family cats & dogs from years ago to today. That’s her beautiful white cat on the cover. Thank you for your wonderful site & all the available choices like the mug I chose. It’s just perfectly cute & beautiful. Thank you!

Book was sent with the printed wrong last name on the cover... So embarrassing! Can’t even really say how disappointed I am.
