Never Received My Order

Unfortunately this was a gift that I’ve yet to receive to give to my babies father. It’s very disappointing because my friend got hers and referred Photobooks to me. It has yet to leave a post office in Houston since January 17th. I should have gotten it by now. It was mailed out January 14th. Hoping someone will contact me back soon.

I love it ! It’s the most affordable and thoughtful thing you can buy for someone. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Weddings or baby showers you have to get one. It looks like an actual book. It’s sooo cute! ⭐️ ⭐️ ? ⭐️ ⭐️
Photos won’t upload

I’ve set up my book twice now only to get to checkout and have almost all my photos fail to upload. I’ve tried probably 15 times at this point, checked my settings to make sure that all the permissions are correct so that the app can access the photos. It will upload a handful of them but the majority fail. All the photos I’m selecting are the same size and resolution so that can’t be the issue. I’ve filled out a contact form and told them the problem but have received no response. I’ll edit my rating if I receive any assistance from customer service...

It takes a while for everything 2 come together and load up but I do appreciate it and all the deals!!

I got a book that I put together as a memorial for the years I spent with my little dog Max. I miss him every day but creating this book helped me through the grief. This little book is beautiful. Printed on great paper stock and the photos colors are spot on. FreePrints is my favorite photo book company and I have tried them all.
