I ordered a book about my pregnancy & birth and it looks amazing! It’s such great quality! I honestly kind of expected it to be kind of crappy but it looks so good! I’m very happy & pleased with this!


Beautiful book BUT . . . .

Made a previous book and thought it turned out nice, although the app was not user friendly enough to rearrange the order I had originally placed the pictures in and change the size of photos to add some variety to the content. My book could have been much improved if your app was easier to use. Am trying book number 2 now and see if I can make it better than my first.

I have ordered multiple books and have recently experienced a problem concerning the last three. The only way to contact CS is via E-Mail, and while I applaud their efforts to have multiple people access and reply to all emails saving time and avoiding delays. It doesn’t seem that agents bother to read previous emails. I have had to give the same information to multiple people and while they answer them, the response does not correspond with my questions. This results in additional emails. I have very specifically requested information with the order number, however I’m often supplied with an answer that matches the information in the app. But not the information I’m asking for- missing from the account. Two books were shipped and never arrived. One was re printed and reshipped. None arrived and the tracking numbers are not in UPS format. I was told the address was not in usps verification system however I’ve checked and it is available. I’ve contacted UPS and USPS and the recipient. All agree the address is correct. I was given two tracking numbers for the original book, and it’s replacement of the same book- no tracking information for the second book. I e sent many emails and the response always gives me the answer to the original book and it’s replacement. I have provided the order number and have resorted to sending an individual email per question to no avail. The issue must have something to do with mail innovation but they also have email only customer service. Slow response and UPS customer service agent can not track without Z1 format tracking numbers. I would recommend using another photo book company.
