I am trying to use this app but it is not user friendly at all. After putting in my personal information it could not find the reservation that I had booked online. I thought maybe if I added my credit card info that the app might then make the connection. However, some of the fields in the credit card section were unresponsive. I tried (and tried again) to use the scan feature but it never captured anything despite the green frame indicating it was aligned correctly. This app needs more helpful hints and instructions and/or it needs to actually intuitively function properly.

Thats all there is to say about this dark car business They are the biggest liars They list cats for 23.00 but they change the booking date And they give dark excuses saying the car isnt abailable so they will charge you for other cars that range from 40.00 per day , and They lied when you bring then to higher Capital One , We dud not receive any service . buu they print out raw fake false pages saying we drove off and came . how hideous they can be and they wont be able to Prove that because the camera will show , THEY DIDNT even hand us the keys . so go take a hike !!!!! Fox is in for a serious future !!! you betcha !

The counter guys get paid off insurance. You tell them what you want and they give you what they want. I’ll never rent from there again

Excessive Fees

I trusted them because of Priceline-big mistake. Excessive fees upon return. A $270 car rental turned into a $600 rental. Unlimited miles turned into a mileage fee of $170. The man behind the counter in Miami acted like he hated being there. Another couple that rode back to the airport said the same thing, they were scammed into a $400 up charge in insurance. Be careful. This is why I rent with Enterprise. If zero stars were an option...

Never received the car and still charged

I ordered my Fox Rental car online in December 2020. I went to pick up my rental car in Miami in April 2021. When I arrived at Fox rental car (about 6 miles from the airport), there was a long line. Everyone was complaining about not getting the car they requested and being charged additional money. While in line, I went to the website and it said to call to cancel. I called and was on hold for almost an hour. I decided to go to another car rental place to get a car. I have never been able to communicate (online, email, phone) with anyone at Fox about a refund. I was charged for something I never used. Save yourself the aggravation and go with another company!

It forces me to take a picture if the back of my license, but nothing happens. There’s a red line, and nothing happens. So I can’t even get started with this app.
