Frustrating – FOXpress Review

I am trying to use this app but it is not user friendly at all. After putting in my personal information it could not find the reservation that I had booked online. I thought maybe if I added my credit card info that the app might then make the connection. However, some of the fields in the credit card section were unresponsive. I tried (and tried again) to use the scan feature but it never captured anything despite the green frame indicating it was aligned correctly. This app needs more helpful hints and instructions and/or it needs to actually intuitively function properly.
