Won’t load all cameras. Crashes

This app worked awesome, but now it’s riddled with problems. The biggest issue is loading cameras. I use to only have 4 Foscam cameras hooked up and the app loaded them perfectly through WiFi or cellular. I added 4 more foscam’s and when you load the app through WiFi it’s fine, but if you switch to cellular only 4 of them will load. It’s random which 4 will load. I tried emailing the developer for the last 6 months with no response. Hopefully they read their reviews.

Qr scanner won’t work! Can’t set up remote access or email alerts. Tried to use the help link and it won’t email from there. The OWLR app is so much easier to set up but it’s not capturing most of the movements! Super frustrated with Foscam! My cameras are just about ready to head to the trash!

Messes up your HD camera’s video resolution settings

For one reason or another the developer(s) are MIA with this app. The video resolution settings on this app DO NOT apply to the Foscam HD series cameras but ONLY to the MPEG 89XX series. This issue causes the app to change my HD camera’s (Foscam R2) resolution settings temporarily which then also causes the camera to refocus/refresh the image completely every time I open the app and then again if I click on the thumbnail to make the picture bigger. I have tested this passionately as I thought I was going crazy seeing the global video resolution settings on the camera change itself. It literally changes the global video resolution settings temporarily on the camera itself if and while the app is actively open. Once for the thumbnail screen in VGA resolution and again if you click on the thumbnail image to 720p even though I have the global video resolution settings on the camera itself set to 1080p. The moment I close the app, the camera’s global video resolution settings go back to 1080p as it should be. What the heck?!?!?! Please fix!!!

Seemed to work fine until they shut it down for whatever reason. I have my suspicion as to why. Now can’t get anything to work, so I got a different app. No invert image for cameras mounted upside down.

Hasn’t been updated in years. No longer seems to work on ios12. Crashes often, won’t connect to cameras. Worthless.

So what’s going on with this app? I’ve had it for several years and it worked great On my phone and my iPad. Now it’s not connecting and bring the cameras up. It brings the cameras up on my phone but not on my I pad? Thoughts? Help!
