With the new updates my account are unaccessible. this is my favorite game. Please fix it .. This is so depressing?

Update: Glitches have mostly been fixed and game play is much smoother. The "incidents" are a fun addition, and GE is constantly evolving to be more challenging while offering better rewards. The addition of the Tavern has been a lot of fun- until the newest version was released several weeks ago. The game glitches out constantly, in various ways. The most common glitch is that pages take several minutes to load- a small battle used to take a maximum of 5 minutes, now each turn takes over 5 minutes which results in nearly an hour to complete a small battle. The worst type of glitch is in the production buildings (where tools are produced to be used throughout the game), where timers either do not set at all when you start them OR won't start until you hard restart the app and reopen the game... It's always a guessing game now to determine which, if any, of your timers have been set. Collecting completed timers is a nightmare, as you can only collect portions of the completed productions and then have to wait several minutes for the game to catch up to you and to allow you to collect more productions. And, in reference to the fun Tavern, it's only fun if you have the patience to wait several minutes for each page to load. It's merely another source of stress when you have 100+ Taverns to visit, but don't want to stare at a loading screen for several minutes per Tavern. I used to spend diamonds regularly in the Guild Expedition, which was one of my favorite competitive features of the game, but now I find myself dreading participation in the Expedition due to the extreme lag. Both negotiating or fighting through encounters is a nightmare, as it means I have to sit there staring at floating resources or watching my units bob in place waiting for the game to catch up again. After informing Tech Support of the issue, someone was gracious enough to respond that developers are aware of the issue. Reportedly the issues are only a problem for iPhone users. I'm glad that Inno is aware of these problems, but they have been ongoing for several weeks and there is no indication of when this will be resolved. I'd love to return with a 5 star review of the next version, I really did love this game before the update!!! (I should note that I use the newest iOS on the iPhone 6)

Already sent a ticket but it's been 2days now and no response. Got them to take my account off Facebook login so that I can login via browser and I needed them to add my email but nope. They only took me off Facebook. I don't know my pw and they didn't add my email like they said they would so I basically lost my account.

EDIT: Developers are rolling out new chat features such as posted trades directly into the chat thread, BUT they can’t fix a ‘word wrap’ issue that causes your messages truncate at the end of lines. Some words display twice. Seriously?! It cannot be that difficult of a fix. Gameplay now a 3/5. Overall 1/5 game.

This game is great I play it every day. But there is one thing missing. When the productivity shows a red percentage I don’t know where the problem is in my community. Maybe if there was a view of what part of my city that’s upset, so we don’t have to buy so many park items just to make my city better. And it’s semi hard to earn all the supplies and money back please make this up date. Thank you guys are doing a wonderful Job.

The game is great! I love that someone finally made a game that is based on the human evolution. The graphics could be worked on, but everything else is sweet! I can't wait to get more into the game!

Fun until you get bullied and even worse when someone is using an exploit team against you that takes no damage while wiping you out. Support says no plans to fix. For those looking to buy an “i win” maybe this is for you otherwise look for something else.
