I lost 300 diamonds the first time during the game contact customer service got an auto email and never heard again so I was upset but thought ok I like the game then I buy 5000 diamonds there disappear I contact customer service they’re want apple I tunes bill I provide them two days later they’re say ok diamonds got just put in to your game account never happened I contact and no answer ad of this review I think this is an very in organized gaming group company I think it’s best to never buy for more then 1.99 as that hurts not when you lose your purchase compared to 49 dollar

I do like this game. However, I don’t like the thief aspect. When I started playing that was a choice for dubious soles. Now the game encourages thief’s on quests and still you all think I’ll want to spend real money in game for people to steel. If I spent money and you encourage people to take those things from me, well thanks for saving me cash. It ain’t happening.

Great game love the fact that you don’t NEED to spend money to be competitive. Of course there is the option that buy diamonds but you can accomplish everything with time and patience instead of money

I have made a $377.79 purchase from this application and it has been over (2) two months since they have not placed the diamonds into my account. There’s an application called Line also another called discord where i can submit my receipt and diamond status as well as all purchases made from this app. My best advice to new user. DON’T BUY THE DIAMONDS. In addition to that GOOGLE PLAY STORE has the diamonds listed at a more expensive amount than what the Innogames.com website is selling them for. They will also delete your items you’ve purchased if your inactive regardless of your circumstances. (TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE) You’ll be in competition with mainly staff members. So be ready to spend a bundle and a bundle on top of that when they have deleted your account for inactivity and the policy laws they have in place. I’d prefer to not even play this game for free!!! I just want them to send back the money or update the account. I have to report them to the attorney general office of the state to be aware of this developer, and the two platforms of payment or purchases information which offer two different pricing systems a numerous amounts of payment options to catch the eye!!! On a scale of 1-10 i give them one half 1/2 point.

If you're 30+ looking to replace civilization type of game this is NOT it. The game is very very slow like 7-12 hours wait slow, which can be compensated with cash, so it can be a money pit. PS. App version is severely handicapped vs computer with quite a few main features missing. You can't play this game only on your iPhone or/and iPad. How long does it take to get a response from the support team? I opened a ticket and wasn’t even notified of the time frame for the response. Problem: I bought a 85 forge points and 10,000 diamonds package . I thought forge points would be placed in the inventory, but Instead they are placed in the forge point bar. I don’t want to use them all at once, but as a result of bar being full I don’t generate forge point every hour. So I’m kind of punished for buying package. This is very unsatisfactory and I would like to either 85 forge points in the envemtory in sets plus reimbursement for the forge point I didn’t generate because of the purchase, or my a refund.

Account banned because I let my 7 year old son start an account and periodically he was use his forge points to help my great buildings. He enjoyed collecting the coin and supplies and thought it was great getting to help dad. Now neither of us can play and the time and money spent on this game is gone. So if you play, watch what you do or your time will be wasted as well. After talking to Inno, the only way I could get my account back was to have all my GB’s reset to 0. Still an unsatisfied customer.

Hello, Just downloaded this game through the T-mobile Tuesday App. Said I would get $20 worth of diamonds (1500). I started as a new and completed the tutorial and I still only have about 400 diamonds. The games amazing and I’ll def keep playing. Just wanted to know if I was missing a step in the redeem process. Thanks
