We only get a limited amount of space to work with. We should be able to rotate buildings in order to maximize space, or give us more land to work with. Why can't I buy coins? All my citizens are gone, i have no room to make more house. It's frustrating because the game is so slow in progression.

Zero support. The moderators are bullies. They will ban you for any reason and never respond. Sometimes the game doesn't give you the rewards you earned either.
