iPhone X issues

App worked great before I got an iPhone X. Now it crashes as soon as I try anything in the app.

From instant updates on fluid levels, locking the vehicle, to starting the car remotely, this app is an amazing tool. If I think I might have forgotten to lock the door, no worries— just lock it from my phone. Cold outside? Warm the car up with a push of a button!

Just downloaded and it works like it should locked and unlocked the doors, started and shutoff the engine, and the fuel level is accurate, not sure I'll use all the app has to offer but I'm pleased with it so far. Would be nice and convenient for this app to work on Apple Watch as well.

The app basically doesn’t work now. It crashes pretty much on every tab or when it does pull up it errors out.

I liked the old app much better! You shouldn’t have to use a cable to send the destination to the Nav System. Since Bluetooth is already connecting your phone you should be able to connect to the Nav with that. I’m being charitable giving the app 2 stars. This is a step backward from the previous app.

I wish you could roll the windows up or down in case of weather..... would be nice in case of rain or hot temperatures.

Would not work with my iPhone after a recent iOS update. Chatted with FordPass person and that’s what she said. This was 2weeks ahi prior to this latest fordpass update. So I’m wondering if it’ll now work with the latest iOS. If not, then it’s another failure.

Every time this app updates it crashes a ton and it won’t let me in. Why does the bug fix create more problems? Please address ASAP.

Your new update yesterday does not work on my iPhone 8 Plus. Worked perfectly before the update. Doesn’t work now. My error message: “Something’s not right, contact FordPass guide and we’ll get this sorted out.” Too bad the guides are unavailable due to whatever is going on with this update! And it keeps crashing to boot. Part of my decision to by this truck was predicated on being able to connect to my truck using this app. Fix this!
