I honestly downloaded this app to save money at the pump. Let me tell you; it is a lifesaver! Also the ford guides are very helpful!
Purpose?

I’m still struggling to find the purpose of this app. It doesn’t keep track of service done or to be done; I’ve tried many times to sync it to the car but it only indicates the unending circle of death. Very puzzled.

I scheduled starts and would always get a failed start so I just deleted scheduled starts, but still continue to get failed start messages. Works fine except for the scheduled starts thing.
App Doesn’t Work. Crashes. Still no fix.

This app doesn’t work on my iPhone X running iOS 11.2.5. It frequently crashes and/or locks up to the point it’s useless. The app has no functionality.

It could be a decent app to use if it ever worked. I’m sick of the error code and “something not right, contact a pass guide and we’ll sort it out”, and always when they’re closed and when we need it most. Very disappointing at best. If you work grave shift, be prepared to get close enough to the car to start it and go back inside, or sit in a cold car. I guess I over spent on my car for features that don’t work afterall.
