This has been the worst experience to try and reset a password. It keeps telling me invalid token so I used an alternate email to create a new account and still can’t get into that one. Super disappointed as my main reason for using the app is entering drawings for new releases.

Worst support for a shopping app

I’ve never seen such poor support for online purchasing. You have zero chance of correcting your order or changing your order canceling your order, even seconds after you’ve placed it. Then when you speak to customer support they are the rudest people I’ve spoken to in a long time, they don’t care and they don’t appreciate the customers. The reason why is they are led by a rude supervisor named Lionel who is obviously doesn’t give a flying F about the customers.

I was just about to check the drops, Okay? I try to log in, error, try to go into guest, nothing shows up. This happens every time. this app is the definition of laggy

So here’s the situation Yeezy boost 350 Bred Which is the black and red color It just released a few days ago i unsuccessful in winning a pair in the app not a big deal it happens a lot One thing to keep in mind these shoes last released in 2017 more than three years ago. but they are going to be releasing for a second time in the app which doesn’t happen! But for whatever reason I cannot enter into the reservation for the shoes. I would think a company as big as Footlocker would be able to fix the issue on their side to help me enter into the reservation but the only thing they told me was to keep trying and you might get through and if you can’t get in the reservation you’re going to lose the raffle well thank you I know that!!!! again this is very infuriating since this will be my last good opportunity to purchase these shoes after waiting since 2017 unbelievable

I get on Footlocker to get the new release for jordans. This has been happening for the past months I thought maybe you guys would fix it but no. The app crashes literally every time I use it. Whenever I try to enter any emails or past accounts it says it invalid. Whenever I make a new account and try to apply for a raffle or anything in that matter, everything is gone. They new account was completely pointless. A huge waste of time trying to make new accounts and try to long into old ones. Disappointed....

The reservation feature on this app is horrible. When it’s time confirm a reservation it is constantly giving errors. You can’t even see if you have been selected. You also randomly get push notifications before winner selections about canceled reservations only to go into the app and nothing has changed.
