Do not even go threw the headache of trying to verify your account their IT people and customer service is terrible they don’t help at all and tell you try rebooting and try again later. I’ve been trying to make an account with them since 2018 it’s now 2022 and still having the same issues. Lazy and unhelpful I stand by my review and I will no longer shop with them and their B grade shoes.

Worst app ever can’t even use it. It won’t even let me verify my account. Mobile won’t even open correctly to verify my account. Can’t log in because of this issue

How are you gonna make things easier to reserve when every time I go and try to get a reservation on a shoe. I get an error code? That’s both with store pickup and shipped to my house. App is trash honestly. I would rather try directly with Nike app or SNKRS app

Every time there is an upcoming app reservation I try to enter every single day before the release of a sneaker and I always get errors. Seems like you won’t even give me a chance to enter a draw. Terrible app.
