This app never works. It’s the worst. I have deleted it and will not be re-adding it. I guess footlocker only cares about bots ordering from them.

I love this app and the only thing I have a problem with is that it signs me out constantly and I can’t always remember my password so if you guys are working on an update give the signing out this a fix because it does this every time I open the app. Other than that everything is perfect and the shoes actually show up which is amazing!

Can’t complete my own account

I am 26 years old making a comeback to the shoe game after leaving it 8 years ago, the same year I started college in ‘13. Consider myself tech savvy. EVERY time I try to complete my account I get a message that says, “finish single sign on registration”, and after hitting “OK” it brings me to a screen that NEVER loads. Tried completing my account over and over again. Even deleted the APP and re-downloaded it. I can navigate as a guest but It’s unfortunate that I can’t even complete my own account.

I love footlocker, but this app is horrible. Always crashes on release dates, loses reservations( which is why I’m reviewing now), I have to constantly change my password due the error message only to change I back to the same password that is saved to my phone. And it’s the same thing with your affiliates. (Footaction, Champs) Please fix these issues. I still love y’all!

I never leave reviews but oh my god, this app makes me so mad. I have my location on, and I have my default store set. Then I go to enter draws for upcoming releases, and when I try to find my store, it keeps saying “No results found within 100 miles, try again.” The location literally will not work, whether I use “My Location” or if I try to manually type in the city or ZIP code. I am SO frustrated. Then I tried to go onto the website and it won’t let me type register for FLX. it’s asking my info and then when I try to click on the blanks for my birthdate, it won’t even pop the keyboard up. So I can’t sign up for FLX either because of that glitch. Jesus CHRIST I hope some higher-ups at Footlocker see this, this is so maddening
