This is actually a great app to communicate with our care providers. Of course, there are rooms for improvement i.e I love to be able to schedule my own appointment instead of leaving a message,.. but in general it’s a great app

It is a useful tool to get some results and some of the information a patient fills in shows up in case you want to look up something about yourself.

Having this app has been great especially when it seemed as if messages, results, etc. would come through when running errands or out at other appointments. In my opinion, this app is a wonderful timesaver. I also appreciate being able to use a 4 digit passcode.
