- You can manage your subscription and switch off the auto-renewal by accessing your account settings after purchase.
- You cannot cancel the current subscription during the active subscription period.

I Paid for a whole year on this app and I didn’t not get it but they took my money. I’ve sent 3 emails to them over a period of time and still no response. I don’t know if others have the same issue but this it ridiculous and false advertisement.
Subscription Doesn't Carry Over - Money Grab!

I previously used "Followers +" and that app now directs you to download this app, as Followers + is no longer supported or on the app store. This new app is almost exactly the same in every way, but they don't honor your subscription from Followers +! I bought a 1 year subscription to Followers + and only used it a month before these con artists pulled the app from the store and have this new, identical app running under a different developer name. And now they expect me to subscribe again - these guys are thieves and this is a blatant money grab! Find another utility that does the same stuff from a more reputable developer!

What happened to Followers+?

I downloaded the Followers+ app and purchased the premium yearly subscription in late March. When I opened the app today for the first time in a few weeks, it hit me with a client ID error and told me to download the "new version", which is this app. I did, and while it appears to be the same exact app with a new color scheme, they aren't honoring purchases made in the Followers+ app despite implying that it's simply a past version of this app. Seems like a blatant cash grab to me.

This app was formerly known as followers plus, they told me to ‘update’ But the truth is I have to download this new up when I already purchased the full version of the old one. And now I couldn’t even use the old app because it keeps on saying that I have to update. I tried to restore the old in app purchase that I made, no use. This is a downright scam.

Paid for Premium Package, Not Working, No Response :(

I was using Followers + app and paid $9.99 for the Premium package for a year. I really loved the features! They were very helpful with the social media marketing I do at work. A few weeks ago when I opened the app I was prompted to download a new version called Social Guide and instructed to delete Followers +, so I did. I tried to “Restore Purchases” to get my premium features again, nothing happened. I tried every possible roundabout way to restore my purchase of Premium, nothing happened. I emailed support twice over the last few weeks, no response. Very disappointed since I did really love the app :(

So, I paid for the upgraded/premium original app (when it was called Followers+), and then they force me to “update” by installing this completely new app. But now I can’t add additional accounts because they want me to pay AGAIN (and ‘restore purchase’ is not working of course because they “updated” to an entirely new app). THIS IS BS and highway robbery! I am NOT paying again for something I’ve already paid for!

I purchased this app and paid for a full year. They updated the app and I lost all the features. I try to restore the functions and nothing happens. I requested a refund and total silence. Sad. Don’t buy the app.
