Paid For a Year didn’t received it – Followers Pro - Insights Review

I Paid for a whole year on this app and I didn’t not get it but they took my money. I’ve sent 3 emails to them over a period of time and still no response. I don’t know if others have the same issue but this it ridiculous and false advertisement.
