Enjoy FOTF, but app needs work

I enjoy listening to Focus on the Family, but have had issues with this app. I am having to delete the app and reinstall for the third time in about a year. It does not update with the most recent Podcasts after a while. It just gets stuck and then I delete and reinstall. I occasionally go to the website to listen, but it’s not as convenient as the app. Please update this app so it can be more enjoyable and user-friendly.

I love the podcast and the topics. However, in recent weeks, I get constant error messages. I have to delete the app and reload it. That fixes it temporarily but then it happens again. This has happened on multiple versions of iOS. Not sure if this is a design flaw or an issue with the podcast platform.

I like the previous reviewer have to delete and reinstall every two weeks or so. What is the problem. I’ve recommended your broadcast to others, it’s a blessing to so many. Please get this fixed!

Loved the app but now CRASHES DAILY

UPDATE:: it’s been a month and STILL no update. I loved this app. I loved listening when I’m in the car driving to work or when I have free time in the evening. I don’t love that I have to delete the app daily then reinstall because of a media error which does not load any new context or allow you to listen to whatever is current. Very disappointed that this isn’t monitored better.

I’ve reinstalled this app many times hoping it will work. It tells me the credentials are invalid when I try to sign in. Yet it’s the same email and password I use to purchase books from the website. I then push the forgot password button but i never have received an email to change a password even in the junk mail. I’d really like to be able to use the app so I can download the programs and listen while driving. Thank you

I can’t listen to a new episode without deleting and reinstalling this app. It gets stuck on the first episode I listen to and nothing works except deleting the app.

Excellent podcasts but errors with app

I have enjoyed listening to these podcasts for the past year. The app makes it easy to listen to, but I’ve recently had problems where it won’t load. In the past two weeks, I’ve had to delete the app and then reload it again 3 times. Hopefully they can fix this bug soon. Excellent content for families who want to follow the way of the Lord!

5 stars for content! Unfortunately issues with loading new episodes ... this is a recent problem, as it wasn’t happening a couple months ago, but seems to be ongoing now. It is a bit of a hassle to delete and reinstall. Would appreciate a fix! :)
