Love the program hate the app

I hate this app. It locks up and freezes. It will sometimes not update to the current day. Sometimes it just does and closes. I have to uninstall and reinstall it to make it work. Then it works for while and stops. I have an iPhone X. I’m really sorry. If I didn’t love the program so much o wouldn’t keep doing this.

Great app but it needs an update to fix issues. I can’t get the newer broadcasts to load. The latest is July 5th. Please fix, I love to listen each day!

I have listened to Focus on the Family for over two years but over the last month, despite removing and reinstalling the app twice, I cannot get this to work!

I’m so sorry. I love Focus and I won’t delete, will keep trying but this new version isn’t better. In fact I can’t listen to the broadcast for the last few days. I hope you guys are able to resolve whatever the problem is. And thank you for all your hard work and mission

I keep randomly getting an error message saying “unable to reach host”. This occurs when connected to WiFi and when not connected to WiFi. Love the messages just wish the app worked better

Ever since the update I have not been able to hear any podcasts or even sign in. Don’t like the new sign-in feature.
What happened?

Loved this app up until the latest version. Now I can’t make an account because it gives me an error, so I can’t access anything on the app - can’t listen to any of the broadcasts.
