Very useful. Get a lot out of integration across devices that comes with the pay version.

For me, I’d like the option of multiple matrix, work, personal, project based etc. I wish I could cram my entire life into one matrix but I can’t. Response from the developer suggested I use tags to accomplish my comment above. I’ll give that a shot. Raised rating from 3 stars to four.

Good app, but missing features I want

This is good Eisenhower matrix app. But there are three improvements I wish it had: 1. the ability to choose if you want a long task title to be cut off or to wrap around to next line 2. The ability to add repeating tasks, like daily exercising or taking a pill. I want to be able to complete it and have it repeat the next day. And if I don’t complete it, it should show me how many days overdue it is 3. Also, I would like to quickly make task with default settings in place. For example I want to simply click on the empty space below a task and begin typing. I find it to be a mildly inconvenient to have to press the plus sign and then go through all the details every time I want to create a task

Finally a well thought out Eisenhower Technique

Having used the Eisenhower time management technique on index cards for years, because nobody had written a decent computer program for it, I can now finally stop using index cards and will have it all not only synchronized across all my devices, but also will have an integrated Pomodoro timer. A dream come true.

Great App, but actually $15 to upgrade

I think this is a great app, however, they definitely blindside you once you find out the upgraded iPhone and Mac versions are sold separately. I bought the iPhone app thinking that it would sync with my Mac, little did I know I actually had to purchase the Mac version too for that to happen.

Good but could use more UI improvements

It’s not very convenient to use it on iPhone. I mostly use it on iPad and laptop. Good enough for the matrix work. Need to emphasis more on ease of use. Should allow me to expand the quadrant without having to click the plus sign and the minus sign. Should allow double click on the title bar for quick expansion.

Pro is slower

Upgraded to Pro to get rid of ads and support, but every time I checkmark a task, app slows down and gets stuck. Seems worse than putting up with the ads
