The principle uses a special priority matrix that helps break your tasks into several groups depending on their urgency and importance, and work your way through your daily agenda in the most efficient way possible. It is a useful app but the UI is a little tricky. You can easily miss how to start progress or timer on a task by clicking in it. It tends to move rather than expose those options.

I do like this app. Lists don’t work for me because I get lost in lists and spend too much time on things that don’t matter. This helps me tackle the big things first. I wish the input process was more streamlined and user friendly.

I use to print copies of the Eisenhower Matrix daily. This makes life so much easier! I love the feature where things can automatically move up to the Important and urgent. It is also very user friendly, and just simple. There is not of lot of features to distract.
