I’ve contacted the team multiple times for this, they fixed it a few times, but it always goes back to being a problem. I can’t receive or send texts.

I was looking for an option to have a local number. But you cannot port an old number in or a new number out. They own you. I'm not sure how that is legal, but it is not cool. They’ve been “working on it” for years. It is a choice of support level not a feature set.

More often than not photos do not send and now messages are converting to chinese. Really annoying!

There are limited characters that can be sent or received in the app. Iearned the hard way and was unable to retrieve the original text.

I constantly have to reload my contacts and missed calls don’t show unless I refresh the app.

This app is absolutely horrible. i signed up and paid 7.99 for a number that can’t receive call or texts. Now the app is refusing to let me cancel my subscription. Don’t download this!!

Worked fine to begin with, but ever since the recent update I’ve failed to get text notifications, some times I get text notifications but the text doesn't show up in the app, and the contact list has disappeared and reappears at random. Very frustrating considering I use this phone app for work.

Calls almost never connect on the first try. I’d say at least 75 percent of texts don’t show up on my phone and I find them hours later when I open the app to check. God forbid you play videos on your phone because Flyp can’t handle the switch when a call comes through and it just sort of freezes (iPhone 6s on latest os and app versions installed). Photos don’t come through about half the time, and even then, only one opens if someone sends a series of two, three, etc. I’m mad I pay $7.99 a month for an app that never works. The only reason I haven’t stopped is because I can’t give up my number tied to Flyp since it’s attached to a growing business. Honestly, I regret downloading Flyp every single day I use it.

At least 3 times a week I can no longer access my contacts until after I have deleted and re-installed the app. When incoming calls actually alert me, which is only about 50%of the time, it won’t let me swipe to answer them. Not to mention the horrible delay time when I am able to answer a call, that the person on the other end is confused as to if I answered. Sloppy performance overall. Please cleanup developers and I will adjust my rating.
