The worse app ever! Do not purchase! And it's impossible to cancel and they manage to take $2.99 from my account every month. Service is horrible. Delayed unable to answer calls. No picture text. Just terrible

I had the service and then upgraded to an iPhone 7. Everything worked - and then one day, it didn't. I had the free number and an additional number that I paid for - both have failed. I have emailed the tech support group three times - and no response. Outgoing calls don't work. Incoming calls to the numbers they gave me ring busy. I'd give them a ZERO star if I could.

Great design, easy to use, and just what I needed to balance my busy work schedule and social life. Just kidding, I don't have a social life. But I still like Flyp.
Charged me twice. Still no resolution

I was happy to pay for the number. It charged me twice and gave me NO number. Reported it, days later I get reply saying that should not have happened yet no resolution was offered or given. I requested refund. That was a month ago, still waiting.

Disgusted with Flyp
I set up my church plant with a paid Flyp number. It worked fine for a couple of months then stopped. They lost control of my number. For well over a month now I have been trying to get it resolved. You will never talk to a person. And support work tickets seemed to be checked in one or two week intervals. If I could give zero stars at this point I would. The number is published in multiple areas and no one can reach me. Complete waste of money. This is a company with no reliability or integrity. Avoid at all possible cost.

As many others have experienced, this company has screwed me over. For some reason I trusted that Flyp would do what they said. I spent a lot of time and money promoting my business around the number I purchased from Flyp, only to realize it randomly stopped working. Easy fix would be to port my number somewhere else... except that Flyp customer service is worthless. So now my lines are stuck in limbo, and my only option is to start over with completely new numbers with another company. It was a mistake to use Flyp - heed our advice and stay away!
Mediocre service and frequent issues

I have had mediocre service with the app. While it has some nice features, the lack of being able to customize the contact list and the frequent issues with inbound and outbound calls failing have become a pain point for me to look for another solution. Customer service used to be responsive, but the last issue report went unanswered.
