If you start looking, you’ll notice many of the reviews are exactly the same. I have this service a try based on the positive reviews and found that a coat I paid over $30 to have cleaned came back in the same shape as it left. They also lost a sweater and was told that based on compensation laws they were only required to pay 20% of the perceived value. Every delivery and pickup is delayed. Worst service I’ve experienced and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I paid extra to have whites and darks separated and some hung dry. My regular wash clothes came back neatly folded and totally fine. My hang dry clothes on the other hand, were not hung or dry. They came back in a ventilated bag - like the kind you might put soccer balls in - it was filled with holes and actually *muddy*. My most delicate items were in there, covered in dirt. Everything was wrinkled into a ball and sipping wet. My white shirts are unsalvageable - totally covered in mud spots and wrinkled. I couldn’t get anyone on the phone - even the delivery person told me I should call them. Haven’t heard back yet. But take my advice - choose another service!

I’ve used FlyCleaners 3 times now. While it is convenient, I haven’t had a positive experience. My first order they shrunk a few items. The second order, I sent all my white towels, and they came back covered in black splotches. My third order, they lost an entire bag of clothing. ALL of my most important, staple items. How do you lose an ENTIRE bag of someone’s clothing? I’ve contacted their customer services and they have not been helpful. Do not use this service. Go to your local laundromat or use your buildings laundry services. Better to spend some extra time doing your laundry and actually have clothing to wear.

My first time using FlyCleaners; they delivered someone else’s clothing; had the audacity to ask if I was sure it wasn’t mine and is unable to locate any of my clothing items.

The guy that picked up did not write anything down or enter special items into some handheld. We had 4 men’s dress shirts to be hung dry, vest and wool pants to be dry cleaned. Everything was thrown in the wash the wool pants and vest were returned wet with only 2 shirts on hangers. The tuexedo shirt to be washed was run through the dryer and shrunk.

Don’t ever expect the trucks to arrive on time. I have experienced trucks come early and severely late or, recently not come at all. I was so flustered when I realized my window had closed and without any notification my window had been pushed back by hours. I was not going to be present then as I was planning to sprint to a meeting as soon as my laundry was picked up. I cancelled the order as I just needed to focus on getting to my meeting. It turns out when you cancel an order FlyCleaners doesn’t record it so I was accused of lying about the order even that a sent a screenshot of the text that read the order is on its way dated and timed. The experience was so upsetting and now I am trouble for almost missing my meeting. If you enjoy unreliable service, antiquated systems For recording orders, and abysmal customer service, you will love FlyCleaners.

I was using Cleanly for my laundry but they kept messing up also. I finally lost it with them when they completely lost everything. I researched similar companies and came across these guys. I figured, ok here’s my new company. I download the app, place the order but I had a question about my laundry bag so I called customer service. Nobody answered so I left my info and they called me back within a reasonable amount of time. I asked my question which produced the answer of “our driver will bring 2 new laundry bags with him for you to use. The customer service person was very nice. She assured me that the driver would wait a couple of minutes while I fill the bags. I told her I’d have everything ready to stuff. The driver shows up...nice guy, no bag. He did however have 1 used bag. Grabbed the bag and stuffed 50lbs into it. He took the bag, said have a nice day and off it went. The following day I got 2 text messages that the delivery was delayed. One was by 20 or so minutes the next was by an hour or more. Finally the bell rings. He comes up, hands me the bag and I say, that can’t be all of it. It was no more than 10lbs. The driver preceded to tell me that the rest of it must be with the guy whose delivering behind him and not to worry. He’ll be here shortly. I say ok and thanks. I come in and call immediately. Customer service picks up and asks what’s wrong. I explain that I wanted to confirm more laundry was coming. She asked and out me on hold. As I’m waiting my wife opens the bag we received to discover it’s not our stuff. When the woman comes back to the phone I let her know that the bag I DID receive isn’t ours. She explains that she knows and there was a mix up. Hmmm. Ok I say. How quickly can I get my stuff? I was going to a BBQ with my family and needed clothing for the baby that was in that bag. She begins to explain her company policy and normally it’s 48hrs but it can take up to 10 days. Since then, they’ve confirmed they have it, I have verified it’s ours through a picture they sent and that is all. No addition info. Soooooo.....this has been my first experience with FlyCleaners.

None of my cloths is folded it’s a mess crumpled at the bottom and I sent sneakers to be washed and they reek because I guess they didn’t dry them enough and now the top of the bag and al of its cloths stink, I’ve never seen such a horrible job

It’s one of the best laundry services in New York and the price is much better than a lot of the others, but there are times when my instructions aren’t listened to and usually the pickup/delivery is late by 20-40 minutes which messes with my schedule (I.e., why i use a laundry service).
