I got charged two times for a $19 upgrade for comfort seat because it said it couldn’t process it right that moment and yet when I checked in it said it could not process that seat assignment
Delay at Airline Fault

Flight delayed and connecting flight left 5 minutes early with passengers booked on the same airline? Best of all the arrival gate was changed by the airline making it that much more difficult to connect with no communication internally to try to help their customers. I will not fly Delta again. Thanks Delta for ruining my surprise to my Mother and ruining my birthday! Sincerely Military member on leave

I fly pretty often. I am in the North East of this country and winter is a challenge. My flight plans get changed at the last minute quite often due to weather and Delta always listens and responds to my needs. I will always fly Delta first. They have earned my respect from their helping me when I need it and always listening to me carefully when I have a problem.

Having the Delta app on your phone is so convenient. You can check your flight schedule. You can check into your flight from wherever you happen to be when it is 24 hours before your flight. You can pay for extra bags Your mobile tickets are available on your phone for easy access at security and the airline gate. The app is easy to navigate and easy to use.
