I feel deceived because I have to pay to reserve my seat now. THIS A HIDDEN FEE. Please place a communication in your add that you have to pay for your seat now.

The delta app is not very helpful. The web site isn’t either. It was very difficult to talk to someone about locating lost baggage. In fact, it still hasn’t been sent to where it was supposed to go. It was a waste of my time. I do not recommend them.
Purchase of flight to Jacksonville, NC

The purchase of this flight was better then anytime I have ever purchased before. The only problem. I had is that it tried to make me pay for baggage when I paid for first class with my miles and was supposed to get two bags free with purchase of upgrade? If any Delta agent is available can you please look into this please?

Everytime I try to book a flight, it keeps saying “error” and not allowing me to continue. I tried using the app without wifi to see if it still continues to say error and it does. The app overall is great, but please fix the problem with booking flights on the app.

Took me 10 min to check in. Error kept occurring. Also, very disappointed that if I am medically exempt from wearing a masks and have the exemption, that you don’t accept it and honor it since it is a STATE MANDATE. Can’t believe you have 3 people sitting together. Hope I saw that wrong because I want my 6 feet distance.

As I return to flying weekly for my job...... I can say based on my experience (20 segments in the last 6 weeks) Delta by far does the best job of taking precautions to make their customers feel safe during this Covid pandemic. I know I greatly appreciate their efforts! Thank you Delta ! Kind regards A very satisfied Diamond medallion customer!

The Delta App is extremely intuitive and easy to use. Most anything you want accomplished may be achieved via the App.
