Free option somewhat limited

AFTER you input an incredible amount of personal data and agree to privacy policies you get to the screen that shows you the two paid options. This should come first, it’s misleading what you can access on free. The free option is somewhat limited but gives you some basics that can be helpful

Have to pay for anything helpful

I first got this app about 4 years ago, and it was helpful for tracking my period and symptoms. They started adding more things about helping with symptoms, information about ovulation, etc. But then all of that helpful information was taken out of the free part of the app and made exclusive to premium users. I don’t mind apps making improvements, but all of the helpful things that I referenced often I can’t see anymore. I would much rather see ads and still have access than pay $40/year. It still has a good AI for tracking your period/ovulation, if that’s all you’re looking for (and you don’t mind the pop-up to buy the premium version every time you open the app).

Greatest app ever!

I love Flo. It’s the best period tracker there is. However, it would be nice if there was an option were you edit your comments in secret chats so you could make corrections on your comments. Every time I make a mistake, I would have to delete my current comment and type it over again. I would also like to add, if you could put a parameter for pads & tampons.

Bad customer service

I paid for a year membership and then they charged me again the following month. Iv tried to reach out to customer service and they have been very difficult to get a hold of for a refund. The app is good but I don’t think it’s worth $40. Which is what Iv been charged when I was supposedly given a $20 membership for a year.

Pretty good

ETA: found it! Thank you! Great app! My only complaint is that I can’t find a way to chart my ovulation. I can feel it happen and would like to be able to add it to the app and have it affect the tracking but the only way I can see to add it is to make a note. So the app regularly says I’m ovulating on the wrong day and there’s no way to change it.

DOWNLOAD IT RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!

Hello, I’ve been having this app for two years. It has been wonderful. I really love that you’re able to see when/if you’re going to have your period. The app has always been right on what days I start or end my period. It helps a lot to apply what and how you feel. They help you find articles, videos or ways to relive pain. There hasn’t been any problems with the app. I’m thankful I found this app:)

Very strange.

Just asking a question, why do I need to email you to delete my account?

Disappointed in the changes

I used this app for a few years. Got a new phone and forgot and now need to track my p again. I don’t like that it displays my weight. I don’t like how bloated and complex it got. I don’t like that the question says “my skin is perfect “ how about “I am happy with my skin I don’t have any issues”. The perfect thing is a weird physiological trick ur playing there. I don’t like it. Also why ally the granny and weight stuff and it’s none of ur business what medicine I take or don’t take. Way too personal right off the bat and in your face and super complex. Im going to look for a more simple and less invasive app.

Not free

Only the first month but they don’t make that very clear. I filled out the intake info (5-8 min) only to discover I get just 1 month free. then it automatically adds their app to your subscriptions. Feels sneaky.

Good

I really loved this app until it took out 40 dollars from my account without asking my permission. I’m honestly very disappointed in the way the developers claim to care about their users but then essentially trick them into paying a large amount of money. I find it very distasteful. Besides that it’s probably one of the best ones so far and I love that it updates as you add information into it. I do wish there were more options for symptoms though. I suffer from PMDD and have all sorts of things happen during my luteal phase and I feel like simple things such as night sweats, anger, teariness, and hot flashes can be added as options to better track symptoms.
