App forcing me to pay or leave

Craig Shandlin

I really was excited to use this app to be on top of my periods and be healthier, but the demand for cost and not even a permanent free service being offered, is upsetting. I can understand if you’d take features away from the free service or move most of it onto premium, but I really just need a reminder/checker above all else and this seems like a professional app.

Pop ups ruining it.

I’ve been a Flow user for years, and love tracking my period. It’s simple and easy to use. However, since they started offering a “premium” membership, half the time when I open the app intending to quickly log a symptom, I’m instead forced to deal with pop ups that I can’t exit out of (forced to click “learn more” or something similar before you can X out) before I can get to the app. I do not want premium. Ever. And these pop ups hindering my use of the app itself are starting to really annoy me to the point that I’m considering finding a new app to use. Either quit bombarding your users or offer an X at the top of every pop up/ad.

Only one thing I wish changed.

If I could give this app 4 3/4 stars i would. I love it so much. The little chats are actually really informative even though i don’t like to use them often. The only thing I don’t like is how all the little info stories are locked. Like I understand you have to restrict a part so that they can get profit etc etc. But maybe giving sample ones or watching ads to look at some? I see ones that could be extremely useful for me and I can’t look at them bc I’d need to pay almost $7 a month. And while that’s not the worst price in the world, I’m 14 and I just want to be informed without having to talk to a real person or AI.

best period app

i like this app everything is so good, it lets you apply your symptoms. i like that it gives you videos of you wanna check something out. it also has a goal so if you wanna track your period or see if you’re pregnant you can put it there. i don’t know if it’s just me but when i try to select my container type for my water i can’t change it to a bottle i tried multiple times but it doesn’t let me choose it, it only makes me choose a cup with doesn’t let me really track how much water i’m drinking. but overall this app is amazing you should download it, it’s really worth it :)

Amazing app ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love this app it’s amazing and a great way to learn more from a reliable source however I think there should be a way to view all the symptoms you have logged and edit them

Great for period bad for pregnancy

This app is literally perfect if all you want to do is track your period. This app was my best friend for all my periods. Until I got pregnant… After that you basically HAVE to pay to get any info or anything from the app. At the point of pregnancy all this app does is let you log symptoms. It isn’t helpful at all and being an expecting mother I’m not gonna drop money for an app. Ovia pregnancy is best if your expecting, but if all you’re doing is tracking your periods and that’s it this’ll work for you.

Flo is great

I have used Flo now for a few years. This year I finally got the premium version and couldn’t be happier. It’s worth it. Especially if you are like me, I never really learned about the woman body, it was basically taboo. Flo teaches you about your cycle, your body, and there’s a whole anonymous community you can talk too, ask questions, or give advice too. My only suggestion if, they should add more “symptoms” and “others”. We are in a new age and adding things like “Marijuana”, “nicotine”, even “at home workout”. Another thing would to have a way to research our medications in a database that can calculate how it affects our cycle or chances of pregnancy. I think applying our new reality will help the app and us to have a better idea of what our lifestyle does to our cycle. All in all, the best period cycle app I’ve used since I was in hs. I really suggest using it, and after you decide you like it, get the year plan. It’s the only one that makes sense price wise lol.

Eh.

It was good till it lasted. lol I thought it was free but after a week they want you to pay monthly which is not cheap by the way. I mean half of these things we can Google online so I guess I’ll counting to do so.

Terrible

App hasn’t worked in months. Won’t update cycle tracker, won’t let you sign in, nothing works
