Just use Screen Time in your settings

The add-in that’s supposed to keep your apps in order didn’t work. Notifications on all my apps had to be reset after uninstalling this app as well. One of my apps to this day does not push notifications despite its being turned on.

Great! Fantastic!

What’s with the complaints? People are like “let me get an app that helps me become more focused by blocking useless apps.” Then, “OMG THE WORLD IS OVER I CAN’T USE MY PHONE FOR SOCIAL MEDIA!!” Read before you try, folks!”

I wish there was a way to select certain apps to keep. I downloaded this app to stay off social media, but while I’m being productive I like to listen to music of Spotify, so I wish I could keep Spotify active instead of shutting off everything.

Great but still has room for improvement.

Moa Moa.

Flipd has been really affective in cutting down my screen-time, but most importantly, it significantly cut down my social media usage when I used it. So that was great. However, the main thing I would like to recommend is for the developer to allow us to have a choice in what apps should be blocked or not. I am totally fine with social media, but it also takes away my Spotify and my Fitbit apps, which benefits my wellbeing. There are also issues with glitches, in which my apps won’t come back after the end of the session. That was do to Wifi issues, but I had to remove my Flipd Profile from my phone twice already just to get my stuff back. The app is really affective at what it does, but there is always room for improvement.

Requires login to even try

Just be aware to even try it you will need to login with FB, google, or your email. Not worth it just to try.

Terrific

This is literally the application that I’ve been looking for. It has helped me take control of my time immensely! I’ve installed other apps like offtime and breakfree but none of them worked, until I stumbled upon flipd. This app is amazing, but of course it has its flaws like hiding every single app other than giving you a choice to choose which apps to hide. What would be great is: 1. Let you choose the apps you want to hide, while keeping everything else. 2. Keeping the order of everything when the time is over and you are able to access things. (i.g., folders and organization stays intact)

A little wonky

WMARSH100

I only used the app once, and I allowed it access to shut off distracting apps. In the process, it rearranged all of my apps that had been in folders and I ended up ha I g to reorganize my whole phone. Other than that, it seemed to do its job, but I don’t trust it.

Worthless

This app has no timer features. Their is no way to set a weekly schedule or anything like that. The best it can do is send you a reminder to flip for phone off manually. It is a waste of money if you are trying to find an app to help you stick to breaking your phone addiction.
