Awful confusing UI

hannibal87

The new UI is awful. I touch the screen and it moves around. I CANT DELETE A SINGLE FLIGHT. I hate this app now. It’s frustrating to use, used to be nice.

Cannot find most flight when other apps can

lanwarrior

For some reason, the app kept telling me that half of the flights I searched is “not available”. Interestingly, I can find the same flights in other flight tracking app. It doesn’t matter which airline (JetBlue, SQ, British Airways, etc), this app kept telling me it couldn't find the flight.

Disappointing

Had to delete it - could not get errors corrected

The G.O.A.T. of Flight Tracking

BillyBobJoe 2.0

Best flight tracking app I have ever used. FlightLogger is easy to access and is very organized, as well convenient. Highly recommend the premium subscription, which is cheap, really making me feel better about how I spend my money. I am very satisfied with this app and will continue to use it until it is no longer in existence. Well done FlightLogger?

Great App, Great Release Notes

This is a great app that does exactly what you expect from it. Great release notes, too!

So awesome

This app is essential and fun at the same time. It’s a must have!

Excellent

This is my go to flight tracker app, keeps getting better with each update. Very clean user interface, fast and accurate. Love the selectable notifications. Well worth paying $14.99/year in my opinion. Keep up the great work! One request. I love that you show the inbound aircraft on bottom right of the data. Wish you could click on it and see the aircraft map of current location. That’s all I can think of :-)

A must have!

I I love how clean the details of my upcoming flights are and that so much information is packed in the “cards” for each flight. Details such as flight number, layover time, departure and arrival time, gate and baggage are also displayed. For my flight across the country I have 3 different planes to board! This app nicely has a colored line chart with each flight and a gray line in between each to show the layover. Thanks FlightLogger! You’re helping make this trip less chaotic and much more enjoyable ??

Great app!

Fan767

This is a very useful app! Due to the pandemic, I haven’t been traveling at all, but this app has been a go-to whenever I was traveling and will continue to be used once I start traveling again! I would love to see this app updated with a widget for iOS 14. It would be an instant add to my Home Screen!

Good tracking, innovative but unintuitive interface

jkirk1626

Its prompt gate info is unsurpassed. Its interface is unintuitive. Support is responsive after a couple of days, but if a developer realizes its users are writing because of unintuituve interface, the interface needs work. This outfit needs to put an interface engineer on retainer and make some changes. On the plus side, this is the only iOS app that shows gate information in time for it to be useful, as opposed to long after you've already boarded, taken off, and landed, as is the case with many such apps. What ought to be simple actions like archiving flights and looking at the individual flights of a perticular saved trip are maddeningly convoluted or impossible. Hit the Archived Trips button and it shows you a banner at the top that says "Archived Trips." Hit that and it takes you back to the screen with the Archived Trips button you just hit. Flight View is only one alternative that has a competently designed and executed interface. It's handy to have up to date gate info at your finger tips, but you'll need a second app. Likely, the airline's own app will have gate info for free. Support can be slow to respond but ultimately has been responsive in my experience.
