Adding Flights Painful

Sumocomputers2

Problem I have is that I need to add each leg of a flight manually, and it works best by knowing the flight number. It would be much nicer to enter your origin and destination airport with a date, and then choose from a list, but instead it always says no flights found. And I don’t see this detail mentioned in the FAQ. I’m not giving up, but for now I’m using another app that also works with TripIt.

Once again the update deletes all :-(

Once again the update deletes all :-( 8 flights are just gone after update - and it is not first time an update deletes everything

Gate Changes better then airline and awesome watch app

Amazingly, well done app. It provides all the information for my flights and looks great too. I paid for premium to forward flights in which has worked perfectly. Just download it. If you fly twice a year it’s a no brainer.

Ideal flight tracker

My trips are pretty simple, usually. I don’t need something and complicated and cluttered as TripIt, it’s overkill for how I travel. I was thrilled when I found FlightLogger, it’s perfect for what I need. Very straightforward and easy to use. One thing is that I don’t quite understand what the point of archiving trips is, since once the flight is over it disappears from each trip. I think it’d make more sense to archive flight info with the trip, or even auto archive just flights that the user can organize into trips if they need to track that info. Also, I wish the widget were able to disappear from control center when I doing have an upcoming flight. I think Launch Center Pro can do this, and it’d be nice to not have to see an empty widget whenever I go to check my other widgets.

Great tool!

Just shy of 5 stars because I need the complications updated for the new Infograph faces on the Apple Watch 4

Best Free Flight Tracker - One Request!

Amazingly beautiful UI. Highly recommend it if you are looking for an app to track your flights *** My only feature request for the developer is to include the flight map in the widget once the flight is "en route". I'm not sure if this is too difficult to implement, but it seems like a great feature to add.

Just gets better and better

We have been using flightlogger for a while, and it is just what we need for family and business travel. We need the ability for one person to enter the flights and share with other folks, which works great. We need notifications about flight changes, and after a bit of a rocky start, that has been working great as well. The basic app isn’t cluttered with social media add-ons where random people can share their experiences with me. The one sort of sad part of flightlogger has always been the watch app. It worked, but not well and not reliably. But I just noticed that the watch app has been totally redone. Now you can pick the trip and the pick the flight, all without accessing your phone. The watch app is now really useful and seems reliable as well. I don’t do that many subscription apps, but I’m pleased to pay the nominal subscription price for flightlogger so that they can stick around and keep it working and steadily make it better. Thanks for the great work!

Clean and simple tracking!

I have been using FlightLogger for more than 4 months and I am very happy with the simplicity and accuracy of this app. It really helps me find quickly the right terminal, gate and luggage carrusel of my flight on any airport. It is also a great tool to track the flights of friends and family due to the sharing functionality.

Great Update – time for a review

I’ve been a paying user of this app for over 9 months now. I was one of the loyal FlightTrack users that was forced to find another solution when they discontinued their app in 2017. For over a year I tried pretty much every single flight tracking app out there in the Apple App Store and was always thrown off by the look and feel of the app and the complicated way data was displayed. FlightLogger first looked like a good compromise between look and feel and the flight data presented so I decided to subscribe to the In-App subscription (if you are spending $30 for a bland and burnt burger at an airport “diner” you really can’t complain about the low subscription cost). 57 tracked flights later (without taking family and colleagues visiting into consideration) I’m still a happy user and am really delighted by today’s 3.0 update! Fresh but familiar look and some great functionality enhancements. FlightLogger is also the only iMessage App I’m actively using. Sharing my flights with my family is a breeze and they can use the free version to get all important updates. Keep it up and thanks for making air travel a little bit easier and more pleasant.

Paying monthly is silly

Greggerzz

Very nice graphical interface makes this app a pleasure to use. But a subscription payment model is not right for this kind of app. Paying monthly or yearly just for notifications is silly. There is plenty of other options that don’t charge monthly.
