Won’t Load to Wallet

I downloaded for the sole purpose of adding my tickets to Wallet. I’ve tried adding multiple times and it crashes each try. The app is pretty useless, but I am keeping it to avoid printing a hard copy ticket.

GARBAGE. Would be very convenient for everyone but you’re better off printing your tickets. There’s other ways of doing it mobile, but you can’t even add your tickets to your mobile wallet with this app. Pointless app.


What’s up with the crashing so much?

I was able to view my tickets through the app itself no problem, but when I went to push the tickets to the wallet app it immediately crashed. You think with so many bad reviews app developers might try and fix this issue.

Won’t let me push tickets to my phone’s wallet without crashing, which is the only reason I downloaded the app in the first place.

Signing in is not a problem....its seeing my purchased tickets....could it be I didn’t purchase it through the app? i have no clue! But regardless it should show my ticket purchase it is through them!!!

Bottom line: Don’t bother downloading. Buy tickets online and check out as guest. Tickets are emailed to you and they have barcodes that will be scanned for entry to venue. Below are details for my opinion: Tried creating account via App using iPhone 6 Plus (iOS 11.4.1). Entry fields aren’t labeled. What goes where? Found a support article stating when you buy tickets as a “Guest” they create an account, based on your email address, with a temporary password. Go to website, enter email, then click on “Forgot Password”. Email is sent to you with link to reset password. Follow link. Enter new password and now you have your account info to sign into website and app. Then sign in to App where you can view your tickets. You can also push tickets to your Wallet. Oh, wait, no you can’t - it doesn’t work. As of 03 AUG 2018, last App update was over a year ago. Vivendi (giant company) takes over little company and promptly does nothing, rinse and repeat.
