I literally made a new account with a new email and password and tried signing in knowing 100% my email and password and it just says “invalid credentials” such a waste of time and space... fix your stuff see tickets
Crashes when adding pass to wallet no fix in sight

The title pretty much says it all, when you try to add a ticket to your Wallet the app crashes. I bought my ticket online and logged in using my account info and can see my tickets are valid but I cannot have them to my wallet. Otherwise, I would have just been fine with the PDF version on the website. So if you’re using this app for the Wallet pass, don’t download it.
Doesn’t work with apple wallet

The app crashes after purchasing tickets. Really, no venue should use this app to sell tickets.

This keeps pushing for me to review it when it keeps crashing when I try to add my passes to my wallet so I’m going to review it as crap ...it is a poop app it needs to be updated the developers keep wanting a review well you’re getting a review !it is the biggest piece of crap ever I would advise anybody who’s selling through this company to stop because it is just an inconvenience for the customers
