Obviously the developer doesn’t care, but on iOS the app crashes when you try to add a pass to the Wallet. And isn’t that really the only reason to use the app? Why can’t they just email or text the ticket so it can be added to the wallet?

It can’t handle anything. It crashes and reboots upon loading. I can’t count on getting into any place with this crap.

The app crashes every time I use it. I downloaded it so that I could access my tickets and have them readily available in my wallet. Every time I select “push to wallet” the app crashes. Every. Single. Time. After reopening, it kindly offers to let me submit an error report which I do. After about ten times of crashing and reopening, it kindly offers for me to rate and review the app which I am doing now. Useless app.

To launch with such glaring bugs as crashing when adding Ticket to Passbook, or to not have a default screen when location services not enabled shows incompetence and amateurism. Terrible experience. They will go out of business before they fix this.
