The App is Ok but it needs a ticket scanner. Almost all the other states have it. With the amount of money that the Florida lottery brings in one would think that they would up date their technology. I guess they anticipate that more folks would cash in their tickets if they made it more convenient. ??♂️

I would use the app more if it gave me capabilities of scanning my scratch off tickets. I would put a scanner via camera and it tells you exactly how much you won! If it’s a like security scratch and scan they could always go back to scan the back bar code and enter three digit code. And I’d use this app all day.

Need ticket scanner

This app is not too bad but seriously, FL Lottery has to include the ticket scanner in the app now. It will make it much easier and user friendly.

Crashes on opening. No listing for Cash 4 Life drawing on rare occasion when it does work. Don't bother with this.
