The concept is good but it would be nice if the app had an option to scan my lotto tickets and check if I have a winner

This lottery app is only slightly useful. The app crashes a lot and it features less usability than other state lottery apps. When are we going to have a “scan” feature so we can check scratch offs and print tickets like other states??? It would also be nice to have the second chance promotions available on the app.
Reason for no scanner

They want you to have to go to a retailer to see if you won. That way, you are in the store to possibly buy more tickets. Jackpot Triple Play has been a thing for months, yet Lucky Money is still on the app. The app takes at least 5 tries to open. Shall I go on?

If Florida wants to sell lottery tickets, they should fix this app. Sometimes it comes up and sometimes it doesn’t. And I note it is always updated on their website long before this app is updated. It is not rocket science; it just requires people who want to do the job!!

Awaiting Lucky Day
Lucky Money ended and Jackpot began around the end of January. It is now June and it is still not possible to check Jackpot results on this app. Seems like you ought to be making enough money to hire an army of programmers, let alone the one that should be able to update this app. Very curious. What could possibly be the problem? Whatever it is, it’s costing you a star?

The winning numbers page is always void of any numbers and you cannot scan your tickets. This app is useless.
An Embarrassment to my State

Most of time it never loads. When it does it is slow. I’ve been trying to give app a chance for several years. There are better unofficial Florida Lottery apps that consistently WORK and have features this one never had, working or not. Other reviewers have mentioned obvious missing needed features. What are you thinking Florida Lottery?

App now showing jackpot results, but still showing lucky money

This site is a joke! Over 6 months ago the Lucky Money game was replaced by Jackpot with Triple Play. The results from Jackpot are not even on the site as of today 8/10/19 ! And the results from the 1/29/19 Lucky Money drawing is still displayed? What a disaster...government incompetence!
