Needs performance and feature upgrade

Performance is poor. It takes several attempts to get the app to work. Feature upgrade needed such as a scan function of the barcode.
No ticket scanner?

This app needs to have a feature to scan your ticket numbers like other states have. I mean, it’s 2018, time to utilize the technology of smartphones everyone is carrying nowadays.
NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

A few improvements would make this app a lot better. a. Have a way to contact the app developer for suggestions or bugs. This way it would keep me from writing a review in order to get my suggestions/issues heard. b. I know the state of New Jersey switched over to the same lottery system as Florida many years later but they already have a scanner on their app and it works great. So I can’t see why Florida couldn’t make that change. c. In the scratch off section of the app you should be able to sort them games by dollar amount because it takes a long time to find the game your looking for. d. This has nothing to do with the app but the agents shouldn’t be selling scratch off games when there are any and big prizes left. That’s misleading.
What is the point of this app?

Seriously, it doesn’t load most of the time. And when I do get it to open 3-4 hours later, there are still white dots with no numbers. I can check the numbers on the website faster. Get you stuff together Fla Lotto. For the amount people spend on tickets, you guys can have a decent app for us to check our tickets.

Many other states have this function and with FL lottery being so big you would think that they would have this built into their app.
App keep on CRASHING

This app has always crashed when opening. It usually takes opening it 3 times for it to finally stay open! Wish the app had a ticket scanner!

Can you include in the APP if i have a barcode scanner for the Scratch offs to see if there winners would be great. Include in your lotto app “checker” and scan the tickets bar code to see if it wins. Some states do this Tennessee for one
