Messages bug

Bug with messages.. I'll get the notification in my notification bar, but when I go into the actual app the message isn't there, only the user who sent it. Please fix!

Attached files are really hard to open sometimes and if they send you the file attached with a long text with their request the file won’t even show up Notifications won’t show up so you lose clients because you can’t respond to their requests and chats are delayed and hard to load. You have to be constantly checking your laptop. For a platform that takes 20% of your revenue this app works terrible.

I keep trying to sign up and all it says is "wrong username". What does it want from me? The least the program error could say is what I am missing.

having issues msgs! i get notification even last msg appears on list msg but when i go for individual to check full text it does not show until several force closing of the apps!!! please fix it ASAP

His company is obviously run by folks who do not understand Customer Service. They allow the freelance artist to take advantage and even rip off their clients and then when you complain they try to get you to work something out with the freelance artist instead of doing what needs to be done. They need to take a page out of eBay”s customer Service and value the buyer and hold the seller to the integrity of a business contract. Do yourself a favor steer clear of this worthless company.

For sellers it’s sad you were banned for bad reasons. I love buying from fiverr but because you are treating sellers badly I am giving it a one star. Fiverr u should never ban any sellers whose feedback is over 50 if they maintain a 3.5 out of 5 star minimum review. Shame on u!

I’ve posted many design request for logos, ect. You are inundated with offers in broken English with promises of 100% satisfaction. I gave up months ago but decided to try again with a different angle of a full detail of what I wanted but got the same headaches.. it’s cheap but there are logo apps that are easier to work with and provide much better results in much less time.

This app can get addicting with all the great deals! Please add the lil chat bubbles like the iPhone so we know when the other party is typing! Those little bubbles make my life complete!? also, different notification sounds and a dark theme would be a plus too!

Lots of untrustworthy customer service & seller

Customer service couldn’t explain why seller account is suspended. While middle of selling the product. Buyers can’t contact them. Customer service nether give refund nor give seller contact info. Most of the seller are kinda a spam too. Fake view, fake subscribers, fake like such a bad business model.
