Can't create gigs in app

The app is only for people looking to buy services. Just like Bandcamp. Lame. Shouldn't be too hard to have a seller's app, right?

Nonsensical policies and horrible support resulted in me losing money, which Fiverr conveniently kept. There are a number of things that can go wrong on this platform; great idea...deplorable execution and management.

I got banned out of no where just because I mention payments or something like that in the chat with a person.... I wish I was more careful but it wasn’t my fault there policies are ridiculously strict try to log in in an oddly way or different ip BOOM ur account is gone .... I spent like most of my time on my profile and it payed off before I got banned

As an experienced professional trying to post jobs on Fiverr is wretched. It seems as if this app is solely for those looking to hire, not those looking for work. I was extremely disappointed it turned out to be this mess after hearing good things about the brand from one of my other freelancer friends.

You have a reject button that does not work! I don’t like the result of my order and have no way of editing it or rejecting it. Not to mention how late it is. Poor service.

This app only allows you to upload pictures. What if I need to upload audio or files? I would think this would be something you'd want to fix right away. It's also impossible to download files. I would like to see the option to download in locations you choose. I use the site often and having an app that actually works would be great. Fix these issues and I'll give you 5 stars. It also would be good to have people who speak and UNDERSTAND English, especially if you have as your language, English!!!

Does not fully function with iPhones!

There are major issues with this App that are never fixed. If you have an iPhone you will not be able to open DocX files sent to you by Buyers with this App. However, you CAN open those same DocX files from your iPhone via the Fiverr website. The App is confusing to navigate and occasionally customer files don’t appear at all. You have to go to the Fiverr website. Avoid the App. It complicates things.

Made an order

Paid 105 for an order designer was two days passed delivery date and time I requested funds back she denied it the request. She then threw something together and finalized the order without my approval. Someone needs to contact me ASAP!
