iOS 11.0.1 issue

Downloaded the app pre-iOS 11 update (lol should have waited) and now finally registering on 11.0.1 - app doesn’t continue after selecting LOG IN WITH FACEBOOK —> CONTINUE AS [user]. Just stays on the main UI page. Still rating this high because I know how good this app is. However, just another iOS 11 issue.

Why can’t we see all sellers reviews on devices! I asked this via support and got the run around for days with nonsense in back and forth emails! Scammers supporting scammers on their framework!

In this updated version the left arrow which works as back button is not in the center of the header.Which doesn't looks good. The most important update we need is that-in buyer request we need to see their attachment, which always shows in android app version but not in ios version.Please work for it. Thank you.
iPad. version needed

A giant company doesn’t have their iPad version of the app. grow up fiverr! i don’t have an iPhone. do something for iPad users asap.

The artists I've worked with have been great, but this review is specifically for Fiverr Customer Support. It's not great. I ordered a gig, got halfway through and found out that Fiverr suspended the seller's account - meaning there was no way of contacting the seller to get updates on the work I ordered. Fiverr was able to refund my money, but at that point the work itself was more valuable than the money because it was for a deadline the following day. Of course Fiverr couldn't comment on why the seller's account was suspended or give me the seller's contact information, so it was like everything regarding my project just dropped off the face of the earth. It left me totally out to dry for my deadline. I've promised myself to never use Fiverr again.
Fiverr Support Is The Worst!

I love the fiverr platform for freelancers but their customer support and policies are the worst on so many levels. I had been a seller for 5 years with over 800 five star ratings. One day, out of no where, my account was banned. This was because a friend of mine (who I told about fiverr), had logged into his account from my wifi. You see fiverr has this really stupid policy where their can only be one account logging in per IP address. Without warning all my positive rating ALONG WITH $600 was removed! I tried to explain this to them and their customer support was unhelpful and kept telling me that there is nothing they can do about it. At one point they even told me to stop contacting them. Sellers beware, one mistake could ruin your entire business.
