This is a fantastic app! Very well designed practices. Only thing maybe to add is more breathing ques.

Perfect for my needs. Easily functional, well put together. Poses can change rather quickly sometimes, especially if you aren't watching the screen. But no big deal for me. I love it and have recommended it to all of my yogi friends :)

I love this app. I am a beginner and had no idea how flexible I have become in 10 sessions. I use the pause button when I need extra time in between poses or just to catch my breath. There is music to choose from and if you prefer silence you can chose that too. I feel good everyday and look forward to my sessions. They are 30 minutes but you can choose freestyle sessions that are shorter if you don't have 30 minutes. There is nothing negative that I can think of about this app. Good luck on your journey.

Love using this app, just want it optimized for my iPhone 6s Plus screen. Thank you.

The first free sessions were challenging and appeared promising, but they stopped downloading. It makes me not want to spend my $$$.

It's a really friendly App for everybody. Even if you only use the Free part of the App it's amazing. ✌?️

I have tried many yoga apps and this one is by far the best! I love how customizable it is and that it adapts to you as it goes by asking how you feel about key asanas at the end. You can also give feedback for each pose when they come up. Also, unlike other apps or videos you can back up and give feedback at any point in the session. I recommend that no matter what your skill level, start this yoga practice at the easiest mode available to reduce risk of injury, especially since the asanas can become very advanced. I did pay for the year subscription, but if that's too steep for you you will not be disappointed by the freestyle sessions! One improvement that I would love to see is more of the videos of each asana. It's apparent that they have the videos since they have four models, but the variation that is shown can really limit your practice... Especially in poses that they have named themselves!

So far I have enjoyed the yoga sessions, I just wish that they would say right or left before the pose gets started. Also, it would be nice if I could Chromecast the AP so I can put it on a larger screen.
