Loved it thus far

6 year MFP user, a lot of potential for improvement. Need themes option, fitbit integration and more graphs

Super macro tracking app

Hooriiii

Thank you for your effort in this app it is the best in app store but there some features should be add to be more perfect: Recepies creating and the number of servings and the meals with one title ( based on what the creator named)not all ingredients that appear in the sectoin And please add more barcodes ☹️ I find it the best app and I suggest these features to be best of best ?

Great macro coach

Who needs macro coaching when you have FitGenie? Very user friendly interface, generates meals to fit your macros, and autoregulates them for you like a macro coach would. Truly a step above other calorie counting apps. The only gripe is the weekly update swipe up process feels a little clunky. Recommended to all my friends and they love it.

The best macro app on the market! Highly recommended

Holy God! Bless all the people who invented this! It's freakin amazing. Love everything about it. User interface, accuracy and the calculations for macro developing is pretty insane and on point. Highly recommended. Love it love it love it!

Wonderful

Keeping track of my meals is something I've never really done, I just ate what I liked. But I need to stay away from the junk food etc. I love that I can scan what I'm eating and that I'm learning to balance all my meals. The last couple of weeks I've actually eaten breakfast! Trying to get fit again for a Half-Marathon , best way to do this. And I love all the meal suggestions( minus the broccoli) that I get, easy and yummy. Thank you!

Good app needs vegan meal options

Great Macro tracker. Wish it had a way to track Fiber intake

syncing stinks

Mr. Stooge

Here is what they told me...FitGenie can only be used on one device at a time to keep your data secure. When switching to a new device, users must log back in to their desired account if they are not prompted to do so. All your data will be pulled in once it has successfully synced on the device you were previously logged in on. To ensure syncing is successful, exit the app on the device where you last logged entries, then reopen the app on that same device. So I have to go in and out... in and out... And it still doesn't work. Day one with the app and I'm not happy.

Pure Awesomeness

Does everything a good diet coach does by tweaking calories and macros weekly. The most recent update is by far the best! Would it be possible to organize the grocery list into different projected days? For example set it to give you 3 or 4 day grocery list vs 7? Seriously the best macro tracking app on the market right now! The paid version is worth every single penny!

Awesome

I prefer FitGenie to myfitnesspal. The in-app dietary recommendations are realistic and are sound with how evidence based science tells us to eat with respect to our goals. That, in addition to the automatic adjustments, make it more effective tool then MFP for me (may not be so for everyone though). It takes the thinking out of it and has given me slow but sustainable progress for the first time in a while. Definitely room for improvement though- one week told me to do 2100 calories of cardio a week. Not gonna happen lol. Would like to have an option on building in cardio to the calorie goals.
