I tried this app after consulting Dr. Google. I submitted my case with photos along with what I had self diagnosed from Google. I got back confirmation with no real action plan. Very dissapointing. I am a fan of telemedicine but this left with feeling of wasted money.

The service is very good. All i wanted to know was hey is it fine visiting a doctor 4 months down the lane ? I wanted a doctor to say yea/ no based on his experience and not an carefully worded answer.
