Scam + PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE

I'd honestly give 0 stars if it allowed me to. I have cystic acne and severe scarring on my face. Due to having financial difficulty at the moment, I'm not able to go to a dermatologist in person so I turned to this app hoping for a proper prescription or an ointment of some sort. I paid 30 dollars and waited 48 hours to get an answer roughly like this: "You have acne nodulocystica (A fancy term for cystic acne). Please meet a dermatologist in person, use benzoyl peroxide, and go on accutane." The problem with this answer is that I already know all of the information above and are either - not available to me - harmful to my skin and health I paid a ton of money and waited 48 hours to get an answer that seemed like it was written by an amateur who just got into the skincare realm. When I rightfully asked for a refund POLITELY, they completely ignored my emails. After waiting for a week, I had no choice but to write a bad review on the App Store. Hilariously that was when they started replying. Here is their overall reply: "We'll give you the refund if you delete your bad review. We'll face a loss due to having to pay our dermatologists" That passive aggressiveness is unreal. They expect me to care about their loss when the answer they've given me is intermediate if not beginner standards? I'm actually relieved that I didn't listen to their advice as my cystic acne has died down and my scarring continues to improve drastically with my skincare routine. I deleted my bad review last week but they still haven't given me my refund yet. I will delete this one and will not share this bad review with the acne.org, Reddit community, and my friends who struggle with acne if I am given my refund.

I had an issue with dermatitis that my dermatologist had suggested, but I wanted a second opinion and got it within a couple hours. For $25, I think it's worth the peace of mind.
