Pretty neat idea to connect to doctors without having to go into the office. Great for minor concerns to see if there is anything to worry about!

Simple and fast. Just one you would expect from a dematologist app in 2016!

I've used this app twice in the past. Both times I got professional and informative responses within the allotted timeframe. The third time I used the app I had an issue related to the fact that I saved my case as a draft and there was a misunderstanding when I came back to submit the case. I contacted First Derm and they quickly got back to me to help resolve the issue I had with the app. The app is easy to use, staff are responsive, friendly, professional, and informative. I will keep this app on my phone and rest assured that First Derm will be here for me to assess any future dermatological needs. As a note, make sure your pictures are very clear. You can take pictures within the app or you can load a pre existing photo from the phone. If the photos are not clear enough, you can simply retake them before submitting the case.

I think this is where this industry should go but I'm a little concerned about the price. Out of pocket this is more for me than just going to the doctor. if there was a way to make it cheaper do that. There is probably some insurance providers u can partner with. You would also get access to their customers. Well designed and good UX I think we should see more apps like this soon.

Find a doctor, ask questions anonymously it’s a tool you can really benefit from.

Got results right away that put my mind at ease. Can you put a price on that?

Takes the friction out of asking a medical practitioner embarrassing questions.

I don't quite want to pull the trigger and spend $40 to get an answer I'm already pretty sure of, but if I were in different circumstances I might. The app is very straight-forward to use.
